Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven talent acquisition specialist to help us attract high-quality candidates and build strong talent pipelines.

This role will involve proactively sourcing and engaging talent across multiple channels, building and nurturing candidate pools for current and future roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, and sharing market insights to support recruitment campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong skills in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media
  • A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people
  • Organised, curious, and proactive with an eye for detail
  • A team player who lives our values and embraces change

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

You will also have a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in recruitment marketing, and be able to leverage this knowledge to drive business growth and improve our employer brand.
