We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our SAP Maintenance/Repair/Overhaul (MRO) and Plant Maintenance workstream.

This individual will oversee the implementation and operational support of customer service and facility management modules, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring system stability and performance for production systems.
  • Leading and managing the MRO and Plant Maintenance workstream for a large SAP implementation project.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, including business process flows and user manuals.
  • Monitoring and managing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Providing project metrics to support the management of key project milestones and deliverables.

Preferred qualifications include a strong knowledge of SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working within MRO, Customer Service, Plant Maintenance, and related fields.
