We're looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation and operational support of customer service and facility management modules in SAP Maintenance/Repair/Overhaul (MRO) and Plant Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure system stability and performance for production systems.
  • Lead and manage the MRO and Plant Maintenance workstream for a large SAP implementation project.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
  • Monitor and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance modules and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
