Senior Maintenance and Engineering Leader

The role of Senior Maintenance and Engineering Professional is available in our team, responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure the efficient operation of plant and equipment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Mechanical trades team, ensuring that maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for investigating process, plant, and equipment failures, determining the cause of failure, and developing permanent solutions.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field, with 3–5 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will also have hands-on experience with commissioning or decommissioning of equipment and systems, familiarity with GMP documentation processes, and an understanding of cGMP, EHS, and Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities- Provide leadership and technical expertise to ensure the efficient operation of plant and equipment.
- Lead and manage a Mechanical trades team, ensuring that maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.
- Investigate process, plant, and equipment failures, determine the cause of failure, and develop permanent solutions.
- Prepare and manage detailed decommissioning documentation aligned with GMP standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with commissioning or decommissioning of equipment and systems.
- Familiarity with GMP documentation processes and systems such as Veeva or TrackWise.
- Understanding of cGMP, EHS, and Quality Management Systems.
