Technician for Heavy Plant Equipment Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Plant Technician to join our workshop team. As a Heavy Plant Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and overhaul tasks on industry-leading plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance of plant equipment.
- Hydraulic and electrical fault-finding and servicing.
- Overhaul and modification of plant equipment.
- Support safe and efficient operations of specialized gear.
- Collaborate with a skilled workshop team.
- Trade qualification in Diesel Fitting, Plant Mechanics or equivalent.
- A few years of experience post-apprenticeship preferred.
- Strong hydraulic experience highly regarded.
- Safety-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship.
- Additional tickets (Forklift, EWP, Rigging, Confined Space) viewed favorably.
- Highly competitive hourly rate + allowances + overtime after 8 hours.
