Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess change needs and develop tailored strategies and delivery plans by collaborating with clients.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops, and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in change management.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Experience in consulting, change experience, organizational development, or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in developing and implementing change experience strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
