The Opportunity

We're seeking highly motivated and experienced Transformation Experts at the Senior Consultant or Manager level to join our dynamic team.

  • Guide, design, and deliver clients' transitions and transformations, ensuring changes are implemented and adopted with confidence and proficiency.
  • Lead design initiatives that prioritize users' needs, behaviors, and experiences related to identified changes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute transformation experience strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne or Sydney. Roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored transformation experience strategies and delivery plans.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops, and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in change management.

You'll also contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses and support the growth of our team by participating in team development activities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Ideally, you'll have the skills and attributes below:

  • Experience in consulting, organizational development, or a related role.
  • Knowledge in developing and implementing transformation experience strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity in conducting change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
  • Ability to develop personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts.

Australian citizenship with Baseline or above security clearance is desirable but not essential.
