Change Management Expert

Overview of the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced change management professional to join our team on a 12-month maximum term contract.

As part of our exciting uplift, we are looking for a skilled expert to design, implement and embed change management plans and artefacts to support key initiatives across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-designing, developing and delivering change management plans considering organisational- and initiative-specific requirements to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.

They will also develop and implement change artefacts such as training materials, communication materials, publications, presentations, training sessions to support initiatives and uplifting of organisational risk culture.
