Project Change Advisor - Join Our Team
We are seeking a skilled Project Change Advisor to provide expert advice and guidance in the planning and delivery of key projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing change initiatives, developing change management plans, and identifying operational impacts.
The successful candidate will work closely with project sponsors and managers to establish clear change plans, monitor progress, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. They will also build effective relationships with project personnel and stakeholders, analyzing and evaluating options and solutions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing change management plans to support project delivery.
- Identifying operational and business process impacts associated with major projects and change initiatives.
- Partnering with project personnel to establish clear change plans, monitor progress, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Program/Project Management, or Technology.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in managing change initiatives designed to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a similar industry or sector with complex environments.
