Drive Revenue Growth as a Sales Manager

Travel + Leisure Co. is a global leader in the vacation ownership industry, and we're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to achieve defined sales targets through supportive management of the sales team. This involves delivering required sales targets for the site by motivating staff to achieve performance goals, providing appropriate training, education, and performance monitoring for sales team members, and supporting marketing programs.

We're looking for a candidate with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, closing deals, and demonstrating sound leadership ability, including motivating, coaching, and performance management. If you have a passion for holidays and travel, excellent communication skills, and a 'whatever it takes' attitude, we want to hear from you
