Job Title: Senior Project OfficerA challenging and rewarding role awaits an experienced professional to support the agency's Commissioners, senior executives, and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will have expertise in administration, regulation, projects, communications, and engagement, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to plan, organise, and prioritise a demanding workload, research and analyse issues to develop solutions and make recommendations aligned with strategic objectives, and supervise and support junior staff to deliver key objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, including forward planning and tracking key team priorities; supporting communications and engagement activities, including preparing presentations and briefings for senior executives and external stakeholders; assisting with workforce capability development, including process review and development, knowledge management, and Commissioner induction; supervising and supporting junior staff in the team, branch, and broader organisation; coordinating events and meetings throughout the year.
