Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships across the Melbourne region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to drive business growth and identify new business prospects.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement territory-specific action plans based on data-driven insights to deliver compelling product presentations and tailor lighting solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Translate technical specifications into tangible customer benefits, emphasizing the holistic application of our solutions.
  • Lead Business Development Initiatives: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in lighting sales and account management.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record in Lighting Sales: A minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Strong Account Management Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Polished Presentation and Professionalism: A polished demeanor and an insatiable drive for sales and networking, with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations and tailor lighting solutions to meet client requirements.
