We are seeking an experienced professional to support the growth and development of our business.
This role focuses on managing and growing major customer relationships in the Fresh Produce, Bakery, Protein, Seafood, and Dairy industries within VIC/TAS States.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop key customer relationships within our business.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Manage budget and financial performance of key customers.
- Review and establish strategic positioning of pricing and product offerings.
- Support the implementation of new products and services.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with all members of cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, Production, and Engineering departments within relevant business units.
Frequent travel to key growing areas is required.
Requirements:- Experience in a supply chain, packaging, or produce environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build relationships, influence, and navigate conflicts.
- Project management skills, including risk management, forecasting, and team coordination.
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce software.
- Understanding of the circular economy and commitment to sustainability.
