Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to spearhead our administrative functions and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to senior management on operational matters, including staff management, financial planning, facility management, and information services.
  • Develop and manage the organization's administrative resources, ensuring seamless business operations and timely delivery of accurate information.
  • Implement procedural statements and guidelines for administrative staff, promoting efficiency and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex resource management issues and prepare reports.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $87,500 - $107,500 plus superannuation benefits.
