The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team full-time. This role involves working on a variety of custom garden structures and installations, from design to finished product, with a focus on precision and durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install custom metal structures for gardens and outdoor spaces.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and effectively.

• Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Metal Fabricator (essential).

• Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and fabrication techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
