Job Opportunity

The position of Business Systems Manager is a key role in delivering commercial-grade multipurpose data models to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives using data integration guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop controlled modifications to existing line-of-business systems, aligning with regional guidelines on local software modifications.
  • Orchestrate, develop, and maintain inter- and intra-line-of-business application integration points, including SharePoint, HR systems, operational systems, and the ERP system.
  • Design, expand, and maintain enterprise data marts and data models to support system integration needs.
  • Support all ERP CEMLI in customisations, extensions, modifications, localisation, and integration in the ERP, HR systems, operational systems, and future back-office systems.
  • Document all integration points and relevant technical deliverables against internal or external solutions.
  • Provide an accessible layer for reports based on sustainable data models and frameworks.
  • Offer technical guidance to development teams, as required by projects, potentially leading a small team of developers.
Requirements
  • A degree in computer science or informatics.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a software engineer or similar positions supporting this hands-on leadership role.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a technical manager or similar positions supporting engineering firms.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft's Azure development stack (Azure App Services, Service Bus, SQL, Storage) and Microsoft ASP.Net Core and Entity Framework.
  • Working knowledge of REST API (using, testing, creating).
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI, and related technologies, including Azure).
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling and SQL Server technology stack.
  • Advanced knowledge of business process mapping technologies and integration orchestration methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiencies in top-tier off-the-shelf products like Pronto, Primavera, Definitiv, ADP, and specialized engineering services domain software packages.
