Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

This is a key leadership role that requires a high level of expertise in fleet maintenance, repair and operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of company trucks and trailers to ensure they are in top condition.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend vehicle life.
  • Work closely with drivers to identify equipment needs and respond promptly to service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including inventory management and ordering of parts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance coordination or a related field.
