Uniting Communities is current seeking a **Fleet Coordinator** to provide effective and efficient coordination of corporate fleet. This is a permanent, fulltime position based at the awarding winning UCity, in Adelaide’s CBD.

**The Role**:

- Relationship management with UC’s Fleet Management Organisation
- Coordinating the reassignment, replacement and sale of vehicles
- Provision of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, related to insurance, repairs and maintenance of vehicles
- Ensure timely & accurate registration/infringement management

**About You**:
To be successful in securing a role with our organisation it’s likely you’ll come with experience in the following areas.
- Hold or be willing to undertake a qualification in Fleet Management.
- Strong processing experience with the ability to work at speed with high accuracy
- Ability to analyse and interpret detailed data and results
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to easily build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
