Fleet Maintenance Supervisor Role:


Our team seeks a skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Associate to oversee the upkeep of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintaining heavy equipment, ensuring seamless operations while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate routine maintenance activities, analyzing schedules and resources to optimize efficiency.
  2. Inspections and Repairs: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment, identifying issues before they become major problems and implementing prompt solutions.
  3. Vendor Management: Develop strong relationships with external vendors, negotiating rates and managing inventory to minimize downtime and costs.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, adhering to safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in coordinating fleet or heavy equipment maintenance.
  2. Skillset: Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  3. Attitude: Positive attitude, initiative, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Heavy Equipment Experience: Familiarity with various truck and trailer types.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
