Fleet Maintenance Coordinator Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of trucks and trailers.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on fleet vehicles.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repair services and specialized maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Oversee and schedule both preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Address and fulfill drivers' equipment needs and service requests.
  • Order and manage inventory of truck and trailer parts.
  • Support compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience as a maintenance coordinator or similar experience.
