Guest Services Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Ambassador to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of outstanding.

This role involves working closely with the front desk team to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication throughout their stay.

You will be responsible for promoting our hotel's services and amenities, while also providing recommendations for local attractions and activities.

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail are a must.
  • An understanding of the region and its attractions is a plus.
