Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Promote loyalty programs and recognize loyal guests as valued customers.
  • Upsell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, confidentiality and follow procedures for guest services, credit and cash transactions, and accounting documentation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong passion for customer service, flexibility with shifts, and ability to work rotating rosters including mornings, nights and weekends.
  • Computer literacy and Opera PMS experience are advantageous.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation, excellent phone manner, and organizational skills are required.
