Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and supporting our mission.


About the Role

This casual role involves working varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering phone calls, booking accommodation, and administering travel subsidy schemes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and orientate guests to site facilities.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and empathetically.
  • Book guest accommodation and process arrivals and departures.
  • Administer state travel subsidy schemes.

Qualifications/Skills and Experiences:
  • Experience in a fast-paced reception environment is essential.
  • You must possess exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of providing high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.
  • You should have highly organized and detail-oriented skills, with strong computer literacy.
