Job Role: Test Centre Support Specialist

  The Test Centre Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional service experience for all customers. This involves collaboration with the Test Centre team, effective management of customer inquiries, and efficient execution of pre-test, test day, and post-test activities to achieve goals of efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint – prior to, during, and after the test.
  • Nurture and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
  • Support clients with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric team culture.

  Operations Management:

  • Manage test day activities, including customer registration and supervision of the test.
  • Precisely prepare test day documents.
  • Ensure accurate updates to digital databases and records.
  • Oversee and update the schedule of Speaking tests.
  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive and confidential materials.

  Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure all pre-test, test day, and post-test activities meet stringent IELTS standards.
  • Safeguard data integrity by storing, updating, and accessing data securely and confidentially.
  • Respond promptly to incidents or potential security risks.
  • Complete required training policy acknowledgments.
  • Perform duties in a professional manner, aligning with organisational values.

  Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience using MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and confidence in working with various technologies.
