System Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to ensure the quality of our digital platforms and systems. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in guaranteeing the effectiveness and efficiency of our business solutions.

About the Role
  • Develop detailed system test plans, scenarios, and scripts to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated testing to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Establish and maintain project estimates and schedules for testing activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop data-driven dashboards and reports to track testing progress and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze results and continually improve testing procedures to enhance overall system quality.
  • Ensure test case traceability and documentation to facilitate effective issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar hands-on software testing or quality assurance role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and various methodologies.
  • Experience in preparing automation design documents, test plans, estimates, status, and execution reports for each release or build.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JSON.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  • Proficiency in using test management tools such as Jira or Quality Centre.
  • Demonstrated experience in UAT, Automated, functional, and manual testing.
  • Experience working on Agile projects with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
