Job Title

The Test Centre Team Member is responsible for ensuring an outstanding service experience at every point of the customer's journey before, during and after the test.

This requires coordination with other members of the team, management of customer enquiries and activities to ensure efficient operations, compliance and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure all customers receive a premium service experience in person.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide advice on official IELTS preparation tools and services.
  • Support clients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive an exceptional experience at every point of their journey.
  • Operations Management: Manage test day activities including customer registration and supervision of the test, preparation of test documents and schedules, digital database updates and record keeping.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure all pre-test, test day and post-test activities meet IELTS standards, data entry, security and confidentiality maintained.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Teams with confidence to use a range of technologies.
