About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Invigilator to join our team in Broome. As an Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing exceptional service to our customers, and upholding the high standards of the IELTS examination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with other members of the test centre team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide expert advice on official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
  • Support clients with diverse backgrounds and abilities, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Contribute to a supportive, innovative, and customer-focused team culture by participating in regular training and development activities.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer and quality-focused with strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Experience using MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and confidence to work with a range of other technologies.
