Job Title: Production Support Analyst

This is a career opportunity to provide technical assistance, guidance, and troubleshooting for TV and content production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support, assist with problem-solving, and conduct thorough network troubleshooting.
  • Offer direct end-user support in an Apple and Windows environment.
  • Act as the liaison between users, studio services, and internal/external support entities.
  • Triage complex network issues and configure requirements in partnership with network providers.
  • Install new workplace devices for end-users.
  • Collaborate with other Technology teams across the organization to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of IT support experience.
  • 3+ years of experience providing direct end-user support in an Apple and Windows environment.
  • Expertise in network configuration and support.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on production schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IT support experience in media, news, or entertainment production environments.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and accountable.
