Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality technical support, assist with problem-solving, and conduct thorough network troubleshooting.
- Offer direct end-user support in an Apple and Windows environment.
- Act as the liaison between users, studio services, and internal/external support entities.
- Triage complex network issues and configure requirements in partnership with network providers.
- Install new workplace devices for end-users.
- Collaborate with other Technology teams across the organization to resolve technical issues.
- 4+ years of IT support experience.
- 3+ years of experience providing direct end-user support in an Apple and Windows environment.
- Expertise in network configuration and support.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on production schedules.
- IT support experience in media, news, or entertainment production environments.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and accountable.
