We are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor hourly staff members in the assigned area to maintain high standards of professionalism and guest service.
- Post weekly schedules for staff according to business volume in a timely manner.
- Ensure presentation levels, timeliness of orders, and guest satisfaction through coordinated efforts.
- Provide excellent guest service while adhering to Guest Service Standards.
- Lead by example, assist staff on assigned shifts, and adjust ticket transactions as needed.
- Monitor time reports, assist with end-of-month inventory, and work cooperatively with other departments.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and conduct necessary staff conversations to ensure performance excellence.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Must have an Associate degree in Hospitality or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory experience in hospitality operations with emphasis on full-service food and beverage service is preferred.
- Must complete ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have current proof of certification.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and possess good reasoning and judgment.
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in English and possess cash-handling skills.
- Must pass a mandatory drug test and obtain a valid gaming license.
Work Environment
- Must be able to work in a non-smoke-free environment and tolerate a noisy atmosphere.
- Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
