Senior Beverage Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Beverage Expert to join our team. This role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of the espresso bar.

This individual will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverage menu items while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Train new team members on menu item preparation, customer service, and quality control standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare beverages according to approved recipes and maintain high-quality presentation.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience as a Barista; previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification is required.
