Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting food, beverage products, equipment, and furniture to and from dining and storage areas.
  • Maintaining an effective working relationship and providing excellent guest service with all team members and guests.
  • Cleaning dishware, production equipment, and floors.
  • Removing trash from work areas.
  • Assisting in replenishing and restocking main and side stations.
  • Receiving and putting away food products in storage areas.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the general kitchen area.
  • Producing recipes to standard specifications.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid work permit.
  • Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification or have proof of current certification.
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
  • Must present a clean, well-groomed appearance and wear the appropriate uniform.
  • Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
  • Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
  • Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Must possess ability to communicate proficiently in English and follow directions effectively.
Work Environment
  • Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
  • Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
