Job Summary

This entry-level position is responsible for maintaining and sanitizing service operations in a fast-paced food service environment.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Transport food, beverages, equipment, and furniture to and from dining and storage areas.
  • Build effective working relationships and provide excellent guest service with team members and customers.
  • Clean dishware, production equipment, and floors to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Remove trash from work areas to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.
  • Assist in replenishing and restocking main and side stations to ensure efficient service.
  • Help receive and put away food products in storage areas to maintain inventory levels.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of general kitchen areas to meet health and safety standards.
  • Prepare recipes to standard specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid work permit.
  • Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification or have proof of current certification.
  • Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
  • Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
