
Food Service Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to lead our front of house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise food and beverage outlet staff, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Proactively address guest queries, advise on menus and beverages, and maintain satisfaction with food and service.
- Maintain accurate staffing plans, prepare schedules, and ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed for all shifts.
- Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service.
- Manage inventory, track supplies, and collaborate with the purchasing manager to requisition and deliver goods.
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
- Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards.
- Complete financial and HR/Payroll administrative duties accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies.
- Supervise general cleaning tasks, maintain health standards, and oversee supervisors and staff.
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment, reduce risk of injury and accidents, and complete accident reports as necessary.
- College degree preferred; Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in a fine dining restaurant.
- Must be approved for a Chickasaw Vendor gaming badge.
- Proficient in restaurant functions: food planning, inventory management, sanitation, service standards, staffing, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Ability to organize time effectively, prioritize tasks, multitask, and delegate duties when necessary.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Ability to work long hours, flexible shifts, and under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- People management experience, scheduling, attendance, job performance, interviewing, training, and development.
