Job Overview

A seasoned Business Development Manager is required to spearhead the development of a scalable partner ecosystem.

The primary objective is to create a thriving business platform that drives customer success and expands services delivery capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: collaborate with sales teams to design joint strategies, define target markets, and establish engagement rules.
  • Manage Partner Selection & Onboarding: oversee onboarding of new partners and enable existing partners on services features and best practices.
  • Ensure Contract & Commercial Management: manage agreements, subcontracting paperwork, and ensure a smooth process for joint engagements.
  • Collaborate Joint Sales Pipeline Development: work with sales teams to identify, develop, and close joint opportunities; build a robust pipeline and help partners scale with services.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a business-facing or alliance management role within an enterprise software company.
  • 5+ years focused on Professional Services sales, either directly or through partners.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or boutique consultancies.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, SOWs, and partner agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
