Job Title: Claims Management Specialist
Opportunity Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive and responsive claims management services to our members and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end claim ownership, including lodgement of claims of varying complexity
- Triage, manage, and deploy emergency services to mitigate loss
- Participate in coaching and training to enhance member experience and claims outcomes
- Deliver timely, quality, and efficient claims outcomes
- Undertake other roles as directed by the manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience in claims, call centre, insurance, or finance
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
