Role

In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures, responsible for the day-to-day order management functions, and managing ERP to ensure a seamless order processing. You will act as a key contact for Sales team, Third-Party Logistics & customers in contributing to smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Creation of orders and invoicing to customers in ERP (SAP)
  • Administer all sales support functions to aid in achieving Company goals and objectives as per targets
  • Liaise with Finance, Logistics, and Sales team for credit approval, incoming shipments, and site deliveries
  • Coordinate with service/local vendors for local works
  • Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for arranging customer site deliveries
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support
  • Experience working on ERP, preferably SAP
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel/Word
  • Exceptional data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
