The Role

We're seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join our SMSF team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service, timely completion of work, and efficiency in operations.

You'll work closely with our national SMSF team to coordinate jobs, prepare new client files, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate tax return lodgments, including internal reporting and submission to the ATO.
  • Prepare new client jobs for annual compliance tasks.
  • Compile client tax packages, including financial statements and tax returns.
  • Follow up with managers regarding outstanding information or payments.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.

We're looking for someone with a positive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage workflow priorities under pressure.
