About the Role

We are seeking a Wellbeing Support Coordinator to join our team at Signature Care Operations in Turvey Park. As a key member of our wellbeing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality resident wellbeing programs and ensuring our residents receive exceptional care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering varied aged care resident wellbeing programs and be comfortable with learning new technology. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resident wellbeing programs that promote physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
  • Collaborate with the wellbeing team to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' needs and preferences
  • Provide support and guidance to residents and their families to enhance their quality of life
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a similar position in aged care, preferably with a Certificate IV in Aged Care or higher
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Fully approved Covid-19 vaccinated
  • National Police Record check, less than 12 months old
