We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our Commercial WA team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the WA Commercial Business Unit with the management of funding agreements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in contract management systems and information management systems.

You will also be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, including funders and other organisations.

This role is 22.8 hours per week across 3 working days, with flexibility to work across 5 days during school hours.

About the Role
  • Agreement Administration: Provide administrative support for the management of funding agreements.
  • Funder relationship support: Liaise with funders and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and relationships.
  • Information Management: Manage and maintain accurate records and data related to funding agreements and other business operations.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and prepare reports as required.
  • Team Support and Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the Commercial WA team to achieve business objectives.
About You
  • Relevant experience in administration and contracts support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Highly efficient time management and organisation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with contract management systems or information management systems.
