Global Accounts Coordinator Role

As a Global Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for the account management of all orders and managing the complete invoicing function for international business.

  • Manage order process, following up on progress and resolve any issues as they arise, including daily reporting with warehouses.
  • Maintain relationships to the highest standard and ensure communication lines remain open and conducive to working environments.
  • Manage stock levels and work closely with the production scheduler to ensure timely receipt of stock at distributor's warehouse.
  • Manage the full invoicing function for international business.
  • Responsible for the ongoing collection and credit management of accounts to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills and ability to use invoicing systems are required.
  • Good understanding of international freight and customs is necessary.
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures with a high degree of accuracy is crucial.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and support overall set objectives is vital.
