Job Title: Senior Global Mobility Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Mobility Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing full lifecycle international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and enhancing the employee experience across borders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global mobility, with expertise in managing expatriate assignments, interpreting global mobility standards, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Management: Manage the global expatriate management cycle with strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Assignee Engagement: Engage with assignees for regular connections and support.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders globally.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of Global Mobility.
  • Global Mobility Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on Global Mobility Standards interpretation for long-term and short-term international assignments, permanent relocations, external international hires, project workers, and frequent business travelers.
  • Trend Insights: Provide insights on Global Mobility trends.
  • APAC Immigration: Be the main point of contact for APAC Immigration related matters for international moves to and within the APAC region.
