Key Responsibilities- Manage trade finance products, including trade credit insurance, letters of credit, supply chain finance, export credit agencies, risk management, and trading terms.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and effective management of export shipments.
- Identify and drive a culture of continuous improvements and support the Shared Services leadership team to meet business strategic imperatives.
- Monitor limit exposure and report overdue debt in line with policy guidelines.
- Evaluate export activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Process and manage trade finance instruments, such as Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, and related documentation.
- Provide timely support and resolution for customer queries and concerns, and offer expert advice to internal accounts and finance teams.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role, with exposure to customer service.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred but not essential).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
