Role Overview
\Prestige Health Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Rehabilitation Counsellors to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clients across various schemes.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting vocational assessments, participating in case conferencing with treating health professionals, and working in partnership with Employment Consultants to achieve work trial and job placement outcomes.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Conduct vocational assessments to identify client needs and goals
- Participate in case conferencing with treating health professionals to develop return-to-work plans
- Collaborate with Employment Consultants to facilitate work trials and job placements
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
Requirements:
\- Associate or full membership with ASORC or RCAA
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting preferred
