Vocational Training Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer and assessor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality training and assessment.
About the Role- Lead, support and coach trainers to deliver exceptional training and assessment.
- Monitor performance, SLAs and delivery standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support on student queries, feedback and complaints related to trainers.
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of students and industry stakeholders.
- Assess student learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain currency of qualifications, professional development and industry engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry currency.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
