Job Description

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will configure, customize, and enhance Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) and Customer Engagement (CRM) to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure business solutions that streamline customer, financial, and project portfolio processes.

You will manage and optimize integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM), FinOps, and CRM to enable seamless data flow across project, financial, and customer processes. You will also develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, designing solutions, and translating needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements. You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.

Additionally, you will maintain system documentation, configuration records, and integration diagrams to support governance and knowledge sharing. You will work with external vendors and internal teams to deliver new features, upgrades, and system changes with minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience configuring, customizing, and administering Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations, and reports.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows, and API-based connections.
