Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Developer to spearhead innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This fixed term contract position will drive integration of Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) and CRM.

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for managing and optimising integrations between PPM, FinOps, and CRM. You will develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools.

Collaboration with business stakeholders is crucial in this role. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.

To ensure high availability and reliability, you will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or improvements.

System documentation, configuration records, and integration diagrams must be maintained to support governance and knowledge sharing.

Reporting and analytics requirements must be supported, ensuring accurate and timely insights across financial, project, and customer data.

End-user training, guidance, and support will be provided to improve adoption and maximise value from CRM, PPM, and FinOps integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize integrations between PPM, FinOps, and CRM.
