Senior Dynamics 365 Developer


Overview of the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations and reports.

They will also have experience designing, implementing and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows and API-based connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps), and CRM to enable seamless data flow across project, financial and customer processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins and custom applications using Power Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Support reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring accurate and timely insights across financial, project and customer data.
Requirements and Qualifications:
