About the Role

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Dynamics 365 professional to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrated solutions across multiple systems. A senior-level position requires expertise in integrating Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) and CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage integrations between PPM, FinOps, and CRM to facilitate seamless data flow across project, financial, and customer processes.
  • Craft and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Foster collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, configuration records, and integration diagrams to support governance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience configuring, customizing, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations, and reports.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows, and API-based connections.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications like Dynamics 365 Developer or Power Platform Developer.
