Job Overview

The position of Senior Dynamics 365 Developer is available at a leading energy market operator. As a key member of the Energy Markets & Corporate Digital Systems team, you will drive innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

About The Role & Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize and enhance Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) and CRM platforms to deliver reliable, scalable and secure business solutions that streamline customer, financial and project portfolio processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins and custom applications using Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records and integration diagrams to support governance and knowledge sharing.
  • Support reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring accurate and timely insights across financial, project and customer data.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in configuring, customizing and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform for building workflows, automations and reports.
