At Sigma Healthcare, we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Loyalty Insights Manager. As part of our retail brands' loyalty programs, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in working with large datasets and developing actionable insights. You'll be responsible for:

  • Validating and analysing data from our Loyalty Management System (LMS), ensuring performance metrics meet business needs.
  • Monitoring and validating data feeds from the LMS to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborating with the LMS provider to resolve anomalies and enhance data reporting capabilities.
  • Designing and building Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting access across key business functions.
  • Ensuring reporting and analysis comply with internal data governance practices and relevant privacy regulations.

Key requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data or insights role, preferably in retail or customer-focused environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools like Power BI.
